These are basic chicken wings, but with African style seasonings. You can put just about any kind of sauce on them, but they're very good on their own.
Ingredients:
1 kg. chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive or palm oil
1 heaping teaspoon curry spice mix
1 teaspoon coarse hot paprika or red pepper
1 teaspoon garlic crystals
1 teaspoon gray salt
1/8 cup red wine or fresh grape juice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 F or 200 C.
Lay the chicken wings on a foil lined pan, and sprinkle them with the salt and spices.
Drizzle them with the oil, and then the wine.
Massage the seasonings mixture into the wings.
Arrange them in a single layer on the pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, depending how crispy you like them.
